Job Summary: The purpose of a Telesales Agent is to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The role is responsible for generating leads through direct contact methods such as phone calls, social media, and emails. The Telesales Agent is expected to expose opportunities in the key areas of business that Curatrix Technologies Limited operates and gather information from potential clients to aid senior Business Development team members in scoping larger service options and solutions. The role will provide an opportunity for the Telesales Agent to develop into a more senior Business Development role within Curatrix. It is expected that the Telesales Agent is capable of closing deals where the opportunity allows.
Duties:
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate sales leads
2. Research, track, maintain and update lead information in the CRM
3. Communicate product information and services to potential customers
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
5. Meet weekly and monthly targets
6. Follow scripts and guidelines where provided during calls
7. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing is essential, ideally within a tech-focused industry role
2. Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
3. Experience with research platforms and CRM databases
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Knowledge of ICT Services or Products such as Microsoft 365, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Telephony (VoIP and Mobile), Networking, Cyber Security or other industry-specific systems would be an advantage

Pay: £23,687.00-£26,463.00 per year
