My client, a leading Global Insurance Broker, are looking for an adaptable, communicative and driven Business Analysts.
You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to be responsible for rolling out an array of business applications and to analyse, execute and ensure best practice in line with the businesses framework.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain requirements documentation, used to gain stakeholder agreement and suitable information for developers' use
2. Facilitate communication between various parties within, external teams and the wider business
3. Plan, manage and run workshops to elicit requirements
4. Drive an agile mindset, UAT management and write test scripts
Requirements:
1. Business Analysis experience in Insurance (General and/or London Markets)
2. Has successfully delivered a business application roll-out
3. Ability to work in an Agile environment
4. Experience working in both IT and Business-led projects
5. A proven track record of liaising and successfully reaching agreements with key stakeholders
