Salary: £25,396.90 per annum with on target earnings of £30,000 per annum (the amount you’ll potentially earn with your commission)

As a Sales Consultant in our (Location) Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night’s sleep every night with the help of our unique sleepPRO technology! We’ll make sure that you’re fully trained and supported to do all this and to understand how we get things done in the right way – we want to set you up for success, so you can hit the ground running.
We want our stores to be somewhere our teams can be proud and to show off our products, so you and your colleagues will need to get stuck in, move product around, and keep the store clean and tidy.
Our customers come in when they’re free to shop, so we’re talking evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to experience our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so it’ll be essential for you to be available to take those opportunities. We understand that you have a life outside the shop floor, so we’ll ensure that you get some days back – but there’s also overtime if you want it.

We’re looking for Sales Consultants who take pride in great customer service, so you and your customers can rest easy in the knowledge that you’re driven to meet your targets in the best way – by giving them what they need for the best night’s sleep. This will take a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to establish their needs and ensure that your service is exceptional.
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a customer-facing role previously and have confident communication skills, being able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when you need to be, daring to try new things to help your store succeed.
