Business Development Executive (Entry-Level with Fast-Track Progression)
Are you looking to kick-start your career in Business Development within a fast-growing, high-energy real estate advisory? SHB Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven individual to join our Client Solutions Team as a Business Development Executive with a structured six-month fast-track progression plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
2. Engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
3. Researching market trends to source high-quality leads
4. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
5. Collaborating with consultants and marketing teams to develop strategies
What We’re Looking For:
1. A self-motivated individual eager to develop their sales career
2. Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
3. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
4. Previous experience in telesales, recruitment, or a call-centre environment is a plus, but not essential
5. Knowledge or interest in commercial real estate is beneficial but not required
