Training Administrator
Location: Hybrid- Fareham – Whiteley/Home

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing customer mailboxes, responding to enquiries, and keeping records organised.
* Providing advice and guidance on system functionality and reporting.
* Maintaining eLearning course completion records and updating the leaning management system with accurate training details.
* Keeping documentation and user guides up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest system enhancements.
* Supporting internal and external stakeholders with training-related queries.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administration skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
