The Role: As a classroom teacher, you’ll be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons across a variety of subjects and year levels. You will work with a supportive team, focusing on bringing out the best in every student while contributing to our school’s ethos of high standards and care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
2. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible learning environment for students.
4. Actively engage in continuous professional development.
5. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere.
About You: We are looking for a qualified teacher with the following:
1. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
2. A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
4. A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and educational practices.
