Job Description
About the Role:
As a Care Professional, you'll provide compassionate support to elderly clients during their morning and evening routines, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported. You'll assist with personal care, meal preparation, and organising the day in the morning, and help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication prompts, and evening personal care.
Additionally, you may run errands, provide sensitive dementia care, offer emotional support, and accompany clients to appointments or social outings. As a care support worker, you’ll make a meaningful difference in your clients' lives every day, helping them feel supported and engaged.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
* Must be able to work from Monday to Friday and alternate weekends (non-negotiable) .
* A valid driving licence and access to a car for travelling between clients' homes. Business insurance is required.
* Previous care experience is not necessary – we provide full training and support. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including hospitality, retail, education, customer service, sales, administration, cleaning, domestic services, social work, volunteer work, etc.
* Unfortunately, sponsorship opportunities are not available. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
