On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Systems Installation Integrator on an initial 11-month contract. As the Systems Installation Integrator, you will join the Systems Installation Integration Team to support frontline plant engineering related activities. Due to the dynamic nature of the team, the core engineering activities will cover multiple systems (e.g. Fuel, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrics) across the Wing perimeter.

Pay: Up to £48 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Broughton
Contract: Monday - Friday 35 Hours per week, 11 Months contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
1. Representing the Filton Design Team in Broughton Plant across all Programmes.
2. Managing day-to-day manufacturing issues (i.e. non-conformities and design evolution).
3. Stakeholder management, including suppliers and resolving any wing/aircraft delivery blockers.
4. Integration across all Programme Streams. Interface Transnationally and across Programme Boundaries.
5. Foster a Feedback Culture and Focus on Customers. Engage the Team and Manage Stakeholder Relationships.
6. Support to Final Assembly Lines (FAL's) worldwide.
Requirements
1. Experience in fluid, mechanical, or electrical systems installations.
2. CATIA experience required.
3. Agile, with excellent communication skills and a strong work/team ethos.
4. Systems installation signature delegations are desirable.
5. Motivated to lead and deliver steady state and future systems installation operations, projects and embrace change.
6. Ability to make or influence decisions in a complex network of stakeholders and customers.
7. Agility with people and foster a strong wellbeing mind-set.
