Title: Programme Executive

We are looking for an ambitious Programme executive to support the education and programme team to create and deliver upcoming projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborate with the Programme Organising Board to develop and deliver clinical academic sessions
* Collaborate with key opinion leaders and societies to coordinate sessions and partnership opportunities
* Work with the administrative executive in maintaining and updating internal programme management spreadsheets and ensuring the internal database is kept up-to-date with programme information
* Liaising with Faculty to send event invitations and communicate their travel and hotel arrangements
* Assisting the events team with upcoming projects from inception to the day of delivery
* Working with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of the clinical content for the parallel sessions to be included in marketing brochures and on the website
* Scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and supporting visitors
* Maintaining excellent organisation, especially during busy times of the year
* Managing and improving relevant processes
Essential skills and qualifications
* An interest in building an in-depth understanding of vascular disease management
* High standard of organisational ability
* Able to work to strict deadlines ensuring contractual compliance and requirements are met
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Education and experience requirements
* University background would be an advantage in dealing with many academic speakers – Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Prior experience in successfully managing large-scale projects/activities, ideally in an education/or clinical context
