Customer Service Agent required to join a busy, fast-moving team, focused on assisting contractors and end clients' queries and issues, in a customer service focused environment. The salary will be £24,000.
Hours of work will alternate each week, 8:00am - 4:00pm OR 12:00pm - 8:00pm. 5 days on 3 days off, rolling Monday through to Sunday.
This role requires an individual who is organised, with strong communication skills, and not someone easily phased.
Duties:
Answering incoming calls, resolving and assisting with contractor and clients' queries
Providing a high level of communication and customer service via telephone and email
Follow company protocol in resolving all issues
Collating information to assist with queries and requests
Ability to learn and follow specific processes for different clients
