Salary: £11.54/hr
Hours: 25hrs per week (which will include some weekend work)

At Hollybank Trust we support adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, and we are looking for some amazing new people to join us and help make this happen. Oak House in Barnsley is an 8-bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities, and the dedicated team are looking for someone amazing to join them as an Engagement Coordinator on a part-time basis, which will include some weekend working.
Key duties:
1. Plan, create and lead on planned activities that can be delivered to our adults across the week.
2. Create innovative ways for our adults and support staff to interact and engage with new activities.
3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with our adults, complementing and contributing to their person-centred care plans.
4. Deliver a sustainable and adaptable enrichment programme, that is regularly evaluated to ensure it remains exciting and individualised for our adults.
5. Evidence adult enagement and involvement through photos, videos, and other methods.
6. Liaise with other professionals, both internally and externally, and with families to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.
