We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Yeovil This role involves customer interaction, managing vehicle bookings, and occasional vehicle movement, so a full UK driving licence is required. What You’ll Do Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments. Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle servicing and repairs. Move vehicles within the workshop and forecourt as needed. Manage bookings and appointments for servicing and repairs. Accurately update the CRM system with customer details and interactions. Provide assistance with general customer enquiries. Maintain a well-organised and inviting reception area. Support administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing. What We’re Looking For We need a customer service professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working with people. Previous experience in customer service or reception (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential). A full UK driving licence (essential for moving vehicles). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a natural people person Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
