Field Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus car allowance)
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Location: On the Road (must be able to travel to Worthing Head Office)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Must have a full driving licence as part of the role!

Main Responsibilities:

3. Prioritise client needs, address concerns promptly, and deliver outstanding service.
4. Oversee the entire client journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
6. Analyse client performance metrics to identify improvement areas and refine strategies.
Skills/Experience Required as an Account Manager:
1. Proven track record in account management or a similar role
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organisational and time management abilities
4. Ability to build and nurture long-lasting client relationships
5. Proven sales acumen and target achievement
6. Proficiency in CRM software
