We operate in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and additional offices in Glasgow and Belfast. We have a new opportunity within our Operations team in Glasgow for an Out of Hours - Customer Service Advisor.
Providing a first-rate customer experience is part of our mission to be the best tenancy deposit scheme in the business, and your exceptional customer service skills will help us achieve this goal.
What you'll do
As part of the Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries about our services. You’ll need to excel on the phone and quickly grasp the complexities of our business. You’ll be speaking to customers and recording the nature of their enquiries to gain useful insights into why they are contacting us. A background in housing is beneficial, but a solid customer service and administration background is essential.
Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to competently use computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The department operates from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday, and you will be expected to work 35 hours on a rota. We also offer enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts.
