Championing heritage and green spaces in the city, we often work on projects beyond our boundaries collaborating with partners and delivering inspiring activities that help protect and bring alive the places that are important to local communities in urban areas. Working at the heart of several projects, including at the Clent Hills, you’ll coordinate and support some of our multidisciplinary and multi-organisational teams with running of projects. You’ll organise and administer meetings and minutes, keep on top of all project activity, and research and present information, offering an efficient and effective business support service. Working within the appropriate business and project frameworks you’ll provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within the project, regularly reporting on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funding. Supporting project communications, you’ll be a key part of the relationships with stakeholders and other members of the project teams keeping everyone up to date and highlighting any risks or issues. By being proactive in gathering information, you'll ensure coherent communications are shared so everyone understands the progress of the project.
