Could you be the Lead Transfusion Practitioner at Royal United Hospital in Bath?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about excellent blood transfusion practice, enjoys teaching, and wants the chance to work across the Trust promoting the safe use of blood.
The lead transfusion practitioner role is specialised, and this is an opportunity for someone with the right qualities but missing some of the essential criteria to apply for the 8a role.
We want to hear from you if you are qualified with an MSc in Transfusion and ready to take on the full Band 8a role, but we also want to hear from applicants who are looking for a development role.
