The UK Trading team fuels UK growth by optimising online product sales on next.co.uk across Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home. They drive exciting product launches and strategic promotions to maximise sales and brand visibility. The role As the Campaign Manager within our UK Trading team, your role is extremely varied working across departments to develop and coordinate key campaigns both on next.co.uk and offsite. You will bring a creative element to online trading, working with senior stakeholders to create marketing plans and shoot briefs to ensure we supply a truly inspirational experience, and utilising your commercial knowledge to drive year on year growth What else is involved? As the expert in online trading and customer journey, you’ll be responsible for optimising the onsite experience, and translating new ideas into practical solutions that improve performance, ensuring recommendations have the customer’s needs and wants at the forefront. Continually reviewing information on sales, bestsellers & key online metrics and reacting to performance trends, you will adapt the marketing plan to maximise performance and present back results for each campaign to senior stakeholders, identifying successes, opportunities, and competitor analysis. You will own our total gifting offer onsite, looking for new opportunities to grow the business in conjunction with campaigns. You will support the creation of marketing calendars, helping the business identify key launches and events as well as new business opportunities. You will have good communication skills to build productive relationships across all levels of the business. Helping to influence and win support of business stakeholders, holding productive meetings and establishing effective and efficient ways of working. Project management of the Campaign team workload and driving critical paths through to completion. You will attend all relevant internal and external meetings, maintaining accurate administration of key business documents. You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. What we’re looking for eCommerce trading experience and/or relevant marketing campaign experience Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude, who is able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Displays a clear sense of vision, direction and belief, with perseverance and a desire to succeed Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a range of audiences and influence to win support for positive change and new ideas Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence based approach, with the ability to manipulate large volumes of data to tell a story, with a passion for identifying opportunities and creating solutions Able to accurately identify own development needs and the needs of the Campaign team and is open to learning You’ll need to be confident in communicating and collaborating with different people and teams within the wider business.
