Business Development Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Car + Excellent Commission!
Location: Stoke/Staffordshire/South Cheshire
The Company
My client is a bespoke Foodservice business who are growing rapidly year-on-year both in terms of sales, people and also locations. In order to continue this growth they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover an area of the Midlands - dependent on where about you are based. The business sells multi-temp products into Foodservice End Users.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Selling Food into the Foodservice End Users
2. 60% of your role will be focused on New Business Development and 40% will be focused on developing, growing and maintaining existing accounts.
3. Dealing with Chefs, Owners, Directors
4. Full P&L responsibility for the accounts which come under your remit
5. Hitting your individual objectives whilst equally contributing to the team's goals and targets in terms of revenue and profitability
The Candidate
1. You MUST have experience within Foodservice Field Sales
2. You will be looking to move forward to a new challenge and not running away from something
3. You must have a genuine passion for the industry
4. You will have fantastic relationship building skills
5. You must be tenacious and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful
6. You will be incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people-centric environment - you put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return
7. You will live within a commutable distance to the Midlands
