Responsibilities:
* Assists with AE Onboarding, which includes:
o Checking AEs receive their correct equipment
o Adding AEs to relevant Outlook DL lists
o Onboarding AEs with SFDC
o Supporting TA with approvals of Recruiter invoices
o Assists AEs with general SFDC Support (working closely with Maricar Dupaya in the US for support)
* AE Onboarding and Training for SFDC, including:
o Helping AEs integrate Outlook with SFDC
o How to set up an opportunity
o Familiarisation with Legal Tech SKUs
o Managing margin calculations for OnDemand
* Daily monitoring of SFDC Hygiene dashboard and Level 11, alerts AEs of items requiring attention.
* Helps AEs with some of their opportunity updates.
* Helps AEs with fixing issues they have when creating opportunities or quotes.
* Helps AEs with Opportunity Margin Calculations (Axc OnDemand).
* Helps sales management with fixing/closing opportunities during AE absences.
* Supports a workflow to receive new opportunity details from AE. Opens the opportunities in SFDC on behalf of the AE (takes OnDemand opportunities direct to Stage 5).
* Creates ad-hoc SFDC reports for management and AEs.
* Attends forecast calls and helps update opportunities or chase AEs to make changes to opportunities.
* For repeat Axc OnDemand clients (NRF, FRC, Bosch, BMW), manages the full SFDC process from creation of the opportunity in SFDC to close, including seeking approvals, contract signature etc. (manages 15-20 such opportunities per quarter).
* Runs all our Conflict Checks for Axcelerate OnDemand (runs 5-10 conflict checks per week).
* Manages Contract Signing process for all approved contracts and legal documents (5-10 contracts per week).
* Assists Field Marketing with the following activities:
o Supporting events, tasks include: sourcing locations in London, onsite support during events (e.g. Networking parties).
o Helping Field Marketing manage event 'Leads', including: uploading leads and contacts to SFDC, allocating leads and/or contacts to AEs following automated upload, creating reports for SFDC.
o Helps AEs with collating contact information direct from websites (e.g. lists of partners within law firms).
* Provides ad-hoc support:
o Provides English/German translations for contracts, marketing documents etc.
o Helping Sales Directors with planning for meetings, team events, dinners etc.
o Various other ad-hoc admin support for the sales team, such as tracking down historical sales agreements/orders.
o Preparing presentations for AEs.
