Customer Service Coordinator required to join a busy, fast-moving team, focused on handling engineers' queries and issues, scheduling works to be carried out, in what is a fast-paced environment. The salary will be £24,000.
Hours of work will alternate each week, 8:00am - 4:00pm OR 12:00pm - 8:00pm. 5 days on 3 days off, rolling Monday through to Sunday.
This role requires an individual who is organised, with strong communication skills, and not someone easily phased.
Duties:
Answering incoming calls, resolving Engineers queries and issues
Making outbound calls to chase and schedule engineers work
Liaising with customers at site to arrange engineers works and to provide updates
Follow company protocol in resolving all issues
Collating information for invoices
Scheduling engineers works
