Location: Leicester
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP
Salary:
1. Basic Salary: around £40,000
2. On Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000

1. Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom and vehicle display areas.
2. Lead, motivate, and target the sales team to ensure peak performance.
3. Ensure adherence to established sales processes and performance standards.
4. Monitor and maintain above-average customer satisfaction scores.
5. Actively promote the business within the local community.
6. Manage administrative tasks, including timely submission of profit sheets.
7. Oversee staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage in the showroom.
8. Conduct daily team meetings to align goals and drive productivity.
9. Ensure consistent prospecting activities and follow-up targets are met.
10. Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and procedures.
