This role will be the key driver of inventory strategy across our iconic Fashion and Core product lines.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Inventory Management Leadership: You’ll be our Blue Yonder Inventory Systems super-user, overseeing Allocation, Replenishment, and Fulfilment processes. Leading a team of Allocation Analysts you’ll drive strategy for item and location eligibility by channel, and ensure smooth inventory flow across stores and warehouses.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Buying, Planning, and DC teams to ensure that inventory plans align with company goals. Your work will shape the way we stock our stores and ensure customers always have access to the hottest trends.
Allocation Strategy: Lead pre-season and in-season allocation strategies, ensuring timely delivery and stock replenishment. You’ll also be the go-to for solving systemic issues and improving allocation processes.
Team Development: Be a hands-on leader, coaching your Allocator team to deliver results while always looking for ways to optimize inventory and elevate the customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Conduct seasonal hindsight reviews to guide future season planning, using data-driven insights to make informed recommendations.
2. Collaborate with the Director and Sr. Analysts to develop and implement allocation strategies that maximize sales while balancing stock availability.
3. Ensure timely stock allocation to new and existing stores, while prioritizing inventory optimization and sales growth.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Blue Yonder system, optimizing parameters like ‘Weeks of Sales’ and ‘Presentation Minimums’.
5. Lead weekly and monthly reviews with the Allocators, focusing on core items, resolving system exceptions, and aligning with key stakeholders.
6. Visit stores to gather insights on customer experience and merchandise presentation, using these visits to inform your strategies.
What You Bring to the Role:
7. A strong background in inventory management, preferably with experience in retail and fashion.
8. Expertise in Blue Yonder Inventory Systems or a similar Demand Forecasting system
9. Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
10. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.
11. A collaborative spirit, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams like Buying, Planning, and Distribution Centres.
12. A passion for fashion and an understanding of the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of retail.
