Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a dynamic and rapidly growing property security company working with some of the most prestigious development projects in the country.
They are looking for an office manager with EA capability to help support the Managing Director and the wider management team. The role will be varied with the opportunity to grow organically and make it your own. You will ideally have experience in the property or security sectors and be able to work independently, as well as in close support of the senior management team.
Key responsibilities include:
General office admin
1. Coordinating online filing / sharepoint
2. Assisting with report writing and coordinating tender submissions
3. Assist with coordinating new client forms
PR and marketing
1. Coordinate regular Social Media posts and help with content
2. Look at wider targeted industry PR and marketing
3. Coordinate marketing materials, company brochures, website changes, case studies and ESG initiatives
Meetings and events
1. Help coordinate more regular client meetings, lunches and events both internal and external
2. Help coordinate meetings and other industry events
3. Coordinate charitable partnerships
Insurance
1. Assisting with documentation and admin for annual renewal
2. Assisting with fleet insurance
3. Revisit new company health insurance
Client account admin
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within the property or security sectors. You will be commercially astute and a great problem solver with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
