Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services and products that align with client objectives. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on account performance to clients and management. Support senior account managers in strategising and executing account plans. Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in upselling services. Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients.
