Project Streetworks Coordinator: Job Description Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Streetworks Coordinator will be responsible for coordination, administration and monitoring high volume FTTX projects on existing / new network build involving civils, underground fibre (cabling / splicing) and overhead pole works assigned by Tastro Clients. Duties: Permit Management: Applying for and managing permits under the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA). Ensuring that all works are approved and meet compliance standards. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinating with contractors, local authorities, and utility companies. Planning works to minimize disruptions to public roadways. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring work adheres to safety standards and local traffic management plans. Maintaining records of inspections and defect reports. Progress Reporting: Tracking ongoing works and updating stakeholders. Managing deadlines to ensure timely project delivery. Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving issues related to public complaints, delays, or road closures.
