Our client is seeking an experienced Public Sector Marketing Manager to lead demand generation efforts for our products within the UK public sector. This role requires a strategic and results-driven marketer who can develop and execute integrated campaigns, drive brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to craft compelling messaging, content, and channel strategies. You will oversee marketing initiatives such as events, social media campaigns, and advocacy programmes, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Additionally, you will track and analyse campaign effectiveness to optimise performance and maximise return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in the UK public sector
2. Craft and refine messaging, content, and channel strategies to engage public sector audiences
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
4. Lead mind-share and demand-generation activities, including events, social media, and advocacy programmes
5. Track and analyse marketing performance, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and optimising ROI
Requirements
1. 6+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably within the technology or public sector space
2. Proven expertise in demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution
3. Strong ability to work in a matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders
4. Experience with marketing analytics and performance tracking to assess campaign effectiveness
5. Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of Cloud products and services
2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
