German speaking Customer Service and Sales Administrator

Main Duties:
1. Provide support to the sales team and be the main point of contact for B2B clients in the UK and Europe.
2. Ensure accurate order processing and confirmation of sales.
3. Schedule meetings between dedicated sales representatives and clients.
4. Respond to customer queries through telephone and email.
5. Support designated Sales Representatives in managing orders and quotes from their valued customers.
6. Liaise with the logistics and warehouse department to coordinate timely collections and deliveries.
7. Manage credit control for customers based in Germany.
8. Attend trade shows in the UK and Europe to meet with clients and offer product support.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential.
2. Experience in sales administration or customer service would be beneficial.
3. Computer literate.
4. A good team player.
5. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are required.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
