We are looking for an experienced QA Coordinator to join our Livingston site, where you will play a key role in ensuring all QC related tasks and activities are planned, managed, and executed efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Manager and the site leadership team to provide essential quality support and foster strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers. As the first point of contact for customer complaints, you will review and prepare responses to provide timely feedback to customers. Additionally, you will champion the Quality and Hygiene agenda across the site. Key Responsibilities This role will have several key responsibilities including: To ensure all QC lab related tasks & activities are planned & executed in a timely, efficient & effective manner. To provide reactive & proactive support to internal & external customers & stakeholders. Manage the site complaint handling system for product related customer complaints. To champion the Quality & Hygiene agenda & standards including right first time for site & help deliver the business objectives, targets & programmes including compliance to ISO 9001, BRCGS & site management system. The QA coordinator shall embrace the business & site values & comply with all matters relating to Quality, Good Manufacturing Practice, Hygiene & HSE standards in a professional manner About you Minimum requirements Degree qualification preferred. Analytical skills required. Good communication skills required. Good IT skills required. Essential: Microsoft Office Knowledge of problem solving and process improvement methodology Previous experience in a similar quality related position Internal auditor experience preferred. Experience of working in Corrugated manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
