We are looking for a dedicated individual to play a key role in supporting the effective management of our change portfolio. As a PMO, you'll be at the heart of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the management of the change portfolio by ensuring accurate, relevant, and high-quality management reports and documentation.
* Track and monitor the progress of roadmap areas, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively managed.
* Lead governance and leadership meetings, including the creation of reporting packs, minutes, and actions.
* Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize change initiatives within the roadmap.
* Collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, and Risk teams to ensure all information is validated and visible.
* Manage and escalate portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring mitigating actions are in progress.
* Coordinate with other PMO Managers to ensure effective reporting and management of cross-roadmap dependencies.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a PMO role at the programme/portfolio level, specifically in the establishment and management of PMO disciplines.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic reports in diverse organizations.
* Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment.
* Familiarity with various change delivery methodologies.
* Strong proficiency in PMO tools, processes, and procedures.
