I am currently working with a range of Primary Schools around the Weston-Super-Mare area who are looking for regular Supply Teachers. Many schools prefer regular individuals as they become part of the school community and the children build continuous relationships with you.
You will have the opportunity to step into various classroom settings; EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 and deliver engaging lessons. Whether you're an experienced teacher or looking to start your career in education, we have great opportunities for you.
The Role
This position is an opportunity for ad-hoc work; you choose when you would like to work; full-time or part-time.
These schools are looking for flexible, interactive and passionate individuals who can support schools by stepping into classrooms and delivering pre-planned lessons but also use their own initiative to develop any planning to support the pupils with their abilities.
There are also opportunities for long-term work.
You will be expected to:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to the school's expectations.
* Follow their expectations of behaviour policies.
* Work closely with school staff to cover effectively.
* Mark work in line with the schools’ marking policies.
* Communicate clearly with the key stage team.
