The role also includes responsibilities for expanding the client base and growing the service team.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the service department team, including technicians and customer service representatives. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
