Location: Mildenhall and Felixstowe (1 day per week in Felixstowe)

Reports to: Finance Director
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will handle payroll preparation, manage time and attendance data, process expenses, and provide HR and payroll support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and input payroll data into Sage50, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Manage and maintain the Timenet/People HR time and attendance system.
3. Address payroll queries and ensure all payroll documentation is up to date.
4. Oversee HR system management and assist with onboarding new starters.
5. Support the HR team with training, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
6. Generate payroll reports and assist with HR-related queries.
You Will Have:
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
2. Previous payroll or HR experience.
3. Familiarity with payroll systems (Sage50) and HR software.

3. Proactive, self-motivated with a desire to improve processes.
4. Keen interest in ongoing professional development.
