Monitor crowds and respond to queries or incidents in a professional manner. Control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Report any major incidents or concerns to the duty manager. Work collaboratively with the CSP team and event organizers to maintain high standards. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to remain calm under pressure. Ability to handle difficult situations confidently and effectively. Right to work in the UK is essential. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
