About the Role
As a Bank Regional Care Assistant, you will deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius to help our residents get the most out of life.
This is a very varied role that requires providing cover as and when needed. You can expect to monitor the delivery of care, contribute to person-centred care planning, and record observations on vital signs among other tasks.
The role involves providing support and companionship, ensuring every resident enjoys meaningful one-to-one time with carers every shift.
