CUSTOMER BUSINESS MANAGER - SUPERDRUG

As a Customer Business Manager on Superdrug Consumer Beauty and Prestige at COTY, you will not only have the opportunity to work on one of the world's biggest beauty players but also be a part of a fearlessly kind and agile company. You will be the driving force behind achieving the sales objectives for the Superdrug account, while working closely with the multi-functional team, on creative and strategic ideas implemented all together with your sales team. This role is for someone looking for their next step into leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
* Responsible for Net revenue growth, share growth and delivery of joint business plans
* Direct responsibility for managing local market and customer
* Ownership of the go to market strategy to drive commercial competitive advantage for Coty
* Build strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short and long term company, customer and consumer objectives
* Develop strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business
* Extract insights from data, identifying the implications and ideas for customer growth
* Facilitate others in generating ideas, leading the creative process internally and externally
* Have a practical know-how, demonstrating results orientation while empowering and holding the team accountable for results
* Responsible for management and coaching team of National Account Executives, National Account Managers and/or Senior National Account Managers through persuasion and influence rather than power. Inspire credibility. Being a visible mentor and coach
* Responsible for developing annual team and individual objectives
* Provides the team with clarity and enable a positive journey through change on achieving future end states that appreciates and acts as an advocate of one mutualised structure.
The team consists of a High Street Director, Senior National Account Manager and 2 National Account Managers and you will work closely together with several departments such as Brand Directors, Commercial Excellence Directors, Supply Chain and Finance. You would be joining a team that is vibrant and full of so much personality. We are a team that takes care of each other and love to laugh through the highs and lows! YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to lead and build partnerships. As an experienced Customer Business Manager, you like to work strategically and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
* Have progressive Sales and Customer Management background
* Able to provide proven and successful experience in management of commercial trade term agreements, annual Joint business plans or senior commercial negotiations
* Proficient in Excel, numeracy, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
