Drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle (Valid UK Drivers Licence is essential), conduct machine installations and servicing, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Listen carefully to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide expert guidance on our products and services (full training given). Follow Safetykleen Ways of Working meticulously, complete servicing to a high standard, and capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
