We are different to other care providers because we don't do any visits of less than 1 hour, this gives you quality time with your client. No rushing, just doing required tasks and activities that your client would like completed.
Competitive rates of pay £12.25 - £13.00 per hour with double pay on Bank Holidays.
Paid Mileage and Paid Travel Time to get you to and from your client: We believe in paying our staff fairly for their time.
Industry Leading Training : Our training programs have been produced to ensure you have the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to excel in your role. Introductions and shadowing before going out on your own are a must, this ensures that you have confidence in knowing what the daily routine looks like. We NEVER throw you in at the deep end, we ensure you have been introduced to the client and have completed shadow visits with an experienced Care Professional before you are on your own, but that's only when you feel confident.
Care Certificate : Once you have completed your extended training you will receive an industry recognised Care Certificate. Further

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Darlington, United Kingdom. This rewarding role involves providing essential support to vulnerable individuals in our community during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Offer personalised care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility support
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary requirements
* Provide medication reminders and report any changes in clients' conditions
* Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote clients' mental and emotional well-being
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare professionals
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve client-centred goals
* Demonstrate flexibility in working early mornings, evenings, and every other weekend as required
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and respect in all interactions
Qualifications
* Genuine passion for supporting others in a caring and compassionate manner
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
* Excellent reliability and time-keeping skills
* Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
* Patience, understanding, and empathy when working with vulnerable individuals
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and every other weekend
* Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and training
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Observant nature with a keen eye for detail to notice and report changes in clients' conditions
* Right to work in the UK (essential)
* Previous experience in care work is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
