The successful candidate will manage a team of six covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control. The successful candidate will be a natural mentor who takes pride in developing others and creating a positive, collaborative team environment where people feel supported and encouraged to grow.\n\nAs the business continues to expand, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, shaping the AP & AR function and contributing to ongoing success.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead, support, and develop the finance team across AP, AR, and CC\n\n * Oversee high volume payment runs and ensure timely processing of transactions\n\n * Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying trends and providing insight\n\n * Prepare and review month-end reporting\n\n * Resolve queries efficiently and effectively\n\n * Enhance financial processes and drive continuous improvement\n\n * Identify and nurture individual and team development needs\n\n * Collaborate with other departments to support wider business objectives\n\n * Maintain strong financial controls and reporting standards\n\nThe Candidate:\n\nYou will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or AAT) with proven experience in a similar Finance Manager role. You’ll bring strong leadership and mentoring skills and hands-on experience in Ledger and cash management.
A solid understanding of financial processes and controls is essential, as are excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.\n\nWe’re looking for someone with a collaborative and approachable management style, who leads by example and genuinely enjoys supporting others to grow.
