We are looking for a Technical Operations Executive to join the MOTORS Commercial Operations Team. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in performing day-to-day administrative tasks adhering to SLA's ensuring smooth operations and support for our customers. You will also be key in supporting internal teams such as sales, customer success and onboarding, providing technical support managing back of house operations.

About the role:
* Managing daily case workload in Salesforce within agreed SLAs
* Review and assess sales opportunities, check accuracies, complete verification process and ensure compliance with company policies
* Efficiently and accurately resolve technical issues utilising back office systems
* Proactively identify system errors, and collaborate with development teams to rectify
* In depth knowledge of all internal administrative and operational systems and processes
* General CRM management, including customer detail clean up and maintenance
* Resolution management, collaborating with third party entities and cross-functional internal teams to document, define and devise solutions for consumer complaints and technical issues
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on projects and process improvements that drive efficiency and best practise
* At times perform other additional ad-hoc tasks to support the overall success of the team as set by your line manager

* You'll enjoy problem solving and taking on any challenge the role throws at you

* This role requires super collaboration! You're committed and ready to work as part of the team to achieve shared goals
* You're able to perform multiple tasks ensuring that you remain calm, collective and effective even in a fast paced environment
