Due to expansion our client is looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their growing business.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be providing financial accounting, administrative support for the Accounts team, you will be processing invoices, liaising with customers either by email or phone and providing administrative support to the accounts team. As the Accounts Assistant you will be:
Processng invoices and updating database
Reconciling statements and invoices
Office Filing and keeping records up to date
Processing Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
Responding to any calls and emails from customers
As the Accounts Assistant you will have:
Worked in a similar role before
Comfortable using Microsoft packages like Excel and Sage
Good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently
High Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
