What you’ll be doing on a day to day basis: Manage a portfolio of allocated Major Projects, maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships. Understand customer needs and support requirements through bespoke Speedy Asset Services offering Work alongside internal Operational, National and Regional teams to ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service delivery.Ensure the appropriate platform is in place to accompany the right processes to enable the Speedy business to continuously improve and prosper. Manage and Report on performance KPI’s, ensuring sales and profit opportunities are maximised and that remedial action is taken against any identified issues.
