Programme Manager (Coproduction and Peer Support)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2026 with possible extension
Salary: £37,505 - £40,760 + Benefits
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to work within our Changing Futures team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our services, working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective programme strategies, aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Lead on project planning, coordination and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior managers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Collaborate with peers to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering successful projects and programmes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
