Service Lead North West
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,435 Per Annum. This role is also eligible for a one-off retention payment of £1,500 upon successfully completing 9 months service.
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with an hour lunch. The successful candidate will also be expected to be a part of the CAS-2 on-call rota, which spans over weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
Location: Northwest
Travel: Travel is required within the region. A Full Driving License and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Who Are We Looking For?
1. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Lead to manage and lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, effective supported housing services.
2. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of support planning and safeguarding, with experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
3. You should be able to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring team support and service user needs are met while adhering to contractual KPI’s.
4. Previous line management experience is required, along with excellent people skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
5. The role offers flexible working in the community, with regular meetings to discuss complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Effectively lead and deliver services compliant with the regulatory framework.
2. Ensure service quality standards are met and that your team adheres to operational and policy standards.
3. Ensure all service user support and safety plans are in place and reflect individual needs.
4. Ensure staff understand and meet agreed financial standards on voids, arrears, and re-lets.
5. Act as a lead operational partner liaising with other agencies, partners, and commissioners.
6. Work collaboratively with internal support services to provide the best service to users.
7. Promote service user involvement in service design and delivery.
8. Manage the rota and on-call arrangements to ensure appropriate support is in place.
