Summary Of Position
The Strategic Projects Associate – Enterprise Solutions will play a critical role in supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Head of Enterprise Solutions by managing and coordinating multiple initiatives with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). This role requires a strong focus on project management, analytics, and strategic insight to ensure successful execution of initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, a master's degree (preferably an MBA), and at least 2 years of relevant experience, within a project management or consulting environment.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Project Management
1. Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and managing the implementation of joint initiatives with DSO customers.
2. Develop project structures, implementation plans, and conduct milestone reviews to ensure timely execution.
3. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Education, Customer Services, and Finance, to ensure alignment of DSO initiatives with broader organizational goals.
2. Facilitate collaboration across Straumann Group teams to drive project success.
Analytical And Strategic Support
1. Analyze complex business challenges to support KAMs in developing actionable strategies.
2. Create impactful presentations for stakeholders that showcase data-driven insights and recommendations.
3. Support decision-making by developing financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Communication And Coordination
1. Act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and customer teams.
2. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to align project expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress.
Qualification and requirements
Required
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance; a master’s degree (MBA preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role.
3. Strong project management background with proficiency in tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
4. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
5. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Preferred
1. Experience in consulting (strategy or operations) or corporate project management.
2. Exposure to working in a matrix environment or with corporate organizations.
3. Familiarity with the healthcare or dental industry.
