Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our facilities and engineering teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our CAFM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Support facilities teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Coordinate the management of our fleet of pool vehicles, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
* Book and manage electric charging facilities, ensuring seamless operations.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to create job plans and ensure effective execution.
* Take ownership of high-priority jobs, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
* Communicate effectively with third-party contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience with Helpdesk software and CAFM systems is desirable.
