Working on a single man counter, you will be responsible for managing our counter at John Lewis, Bluewater. You will implement effective weekly business plans and work towards maximizing the retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients while also recruiting new customers to the brand. You have the chance to utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter events.
Main Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales by using La Prairie's selling and training guidelines.
2. Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and counter.
3. Traffic stop with 'new' launches or marketing-focused promotions.
4. Listen and identify customer needs.
5. Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation.
6. Proactively organize external events to generate business.
7. Ensure the counter is fully stocked and that all products are displayed and stored in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
