We are on the hunt for an energetic and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our ambitious team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships and will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success. An ambitious self-starter, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and proactively ensuring they achieve their goals by using our services. Well organised, results orientated, and an excellent communicator are just some of the skills required for this role.
Responsibilities
1. Be the customers’ main point of contact and their ‘trusted advisor’.
2. Run kick-off meetings to outline success objectives.
3. Schedule and complete monthly client satisfaction meetings.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations.
5. Identify and promote success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all upsell opportunities are identified and acted upon.
7. Provide data-driven insights to support customer retention efforts.
8. Review and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
1. Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
2. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
3. Proven track-record in generating new business / revenue.
4. Experience in the property industry is desirable, although not essential.
5. Must be highly organised, motivated and looking to join a fast growing, fast paced, highly ambitions company.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
