Hays has a new part-time, permanent HRBP role in Norwich. This position is for four days per week (0.8) with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Your new role
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding the People Strategy, working within a dynamic and collaborative team committed to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
You will develop, shape, and lead their EDI strategy and align their policies with organisational goals and cultural transformation. You'll lead stakeholder engagement and execute management training to support their people vision. Additionally, you'll be involved in exciting organisational development projects while supporting the rest of the HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client seeks individuals who are CIPD qualified and have a strong academic background. You will be a seasoned HR generalist with a proven track record in policy development, organisational development initiatives, and a passion for EDI.
