Our leading Property Management client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused candidate they can train to become a successful Block Property Manager in the Bristol office (parking and hybrid working).
Working with an established and structured business with Private residential developments in the area, you will help play a key role by managing a property portfolio in and around the Bristol area to ensure that customers get value for money and excellent customer service whilst providing Administration support.

Salary: Negotiable to £33k depending on experience + 5% bonus, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours) - can be flexible on timings
Flexible working: Home working (1 day per week in the office for meetings etc...)
Main duties (training provided):
1. Manage portfolio within a team in accordance with regulations including Administration and coordination
2. Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
3. Attending client meetings and regular site visits
4. Overseeing contractors' performance/quality and reporting any maintenance issues
5. Preparing and monitoring budgets
6. Administration building compliance management
7. Working with internal departments to ensure your building remains clean, safe and pleasant for residents
Experience Needed:
1. Proven Administration experience
2. Proven Customer Service experience
3. Keen to build a career in Property
4. Approachable and professional
5. Organised and good time management skills
6. Keen to learn, develop and progress a career
7. Local to Bristol or within commutable distance
8. Driver / Car (Parking and expenses paid)
