We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team at our Altrincham office.
About the Role:
As our Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team and oversee Omni’s financial records and performance reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing, coaching, and motivating the finance team
2. Collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting
3. Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
4. Producing monthly and quarterly financial reports within agreed timelines
5. Handling payroll, including monthly salary payments and annual requirements
6. Managing employee benefits such as pension, healthcare, and insurance
7. Ensuring cost control and tight financial management
8. Completing year-end processes and assisting auditors with statutory account preparation
9. Generating invoices, account statements, and performing account reconciliations, including credit control
10. Contributing to the commercial pricing of new tenders and re-tenders
About You:
11. Proven experience in a senior finance role within a growing SME
12. Ability to interpret and present complex financial data to senior leaders
13. Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with post-qualification experience
14. Strong communication skills
15. Knowledge of finance technology and process improvement
16. Experience leading and managing high-performing finance teams
17. Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments
